I wasn't able to serve this nation in the military, although I passed all my tests and was sworn in, but because of lost personnel files, I was told to sit next to the phone and wait. That what March of 1969. The fact I enlisted and was still unable to serve in the military, is still a very sore point for me. But I did serve this nation in covert operations for over 20 years and the gear and weapon is representative of my service. I fear for Col. Rileys mental health.. no matter who has read, they can't believe the
Col. was not the one on point to go after him.. and that he attacked me for doing my
job, watching all at the sites back by exposing posers ....

Patriots,

I'm still waiting for ning.com to take action to restore the site to it's previous banner representation.

If I get no response from ning.com I will search for "computer security" resources to deal with the hacking in a lawful manner.

The mischief caused by Joe Oliver in hacking the site with the unauthorized banner is not easily undone. I have had three computer experts pursue detailed digging to find the bug and remove it...none were successful.



There are federal laws that govern hacking, disturbing, manipulating, and other unauthorized interference with web site activity.

As soon as the banner is corrected, PFA will resume the effective direction we were headed.

Be advised that NONE of the graphics created by me are to be used on private or commercial pages without both prior purchase of a commercial or other use license or written approval by me for the use of my art.

Therefore, your use of my graphics on a any web page, baseball cap, tshirt, bumper sticker, or any item is illegal under copyright law and forbidden.

Finally, I specifically state that NONE of the graphics I created may be altered, recolored, resizing, or used.

These obvious copyright infractions leave you with the following options:

(1) You will consider this a cease and desist notice and remove all of my copyrighted graphics from your site immediately.

(2) You pay me $5000.00 for the commercial or Private use of my art, where in the art use
is licensed and renewable on a yearly basis.

Joe. You should have learned from OUR experience with him that time. It only took me one episode with Riley to know he'd fold up like a cheap suit when push came to shove. I don't compromise on principles and when he opted to overnight back McCain who we AND HE were TRYING TO STOP....well that did it for me.

I came back here and IMMEDIATELY openly challenged him and he never showed to pick up the gauntlet.

I had early-on misgivings about him. When I see a guy who cloaks himself in biblical identity and references it's usually a demagogue trying to lend a "holier-than-thou" credence to himself. NOT a good thing and NEVER works on me!

Have a Healthy and Happy New Years Joe and don't let him eat at you continuouosly. By doing that he wins. Just give him the old Nixon "benign neglect" treatment.

Thats all water over the damn... I bumped it up as I think he or some one for him was trying to
light some fires over at Eagle Up.. Bible talks about back stabbers.. the Col. should add that quote to
his sig. Tiss the only one, in over 30 years I ever sent a cease and desist to to end using graphics
-- only because he started that BS about hacking and calling in the Feds and he adamantly SUPPORTED
a wannabe who don'e jack s+++ but run his mouth like he was Rambo.. yet I maintained his mail lists,
did all the site work, graphics and vetting.. among other things.. and he took to a wannabe? lol

Trouble is though Joe, that a leopard doesn't change his stripes. He'd probably recruit that wannabee reality-stretttttching, retard Jesse 'Jim Janos the Scrounge' Ventura if it would get him more exposure, but he couldn't pay his do-re-mi price. Stick with the guy long enough and you'll get burnt again, which I hate to see because I understand the effort you put into what you do. 'nuff said on that.

Here is my final thoughts on this, can't, don't, quit is not something I used in my vocabulary.

In battle men die because of it. It is a weakness that unsettles those you lead. Always forward and stay positive.

If you believe in what you are doing with all your heart and you stay true to your beliefs in the end you will win.
